Kakao Games hosted the PUBG offline event 'Campus Chicken Drop VOL.2' at universities in Seoul back in May. The event took place at the University of Seoul from May 19th to 20th, and then at Yonsei University's Sinchon campus from May 28th to 29th.

Booths and event spaces were set up, integrating PUBG with the Kakao Friends IP. There were also photo zones and various interactive events. Missions included 'Nimble Looting,' 'Aim Evasion,' and 'Blue Zone Escape.' Participants who completed a certain number of missions received prizes like chicken, limited edition merchandise, and G-Coin coupons. The 'Cheer Board,' designed to capture the university festival vibe, also saw a flurry of messages.

Over 5,000 people visited the booths. Particularly at the Yonsei University Sinchon campus event, the turnout exceeded expectations, leading to the chicken supplies running out earlier than planned.

A Kakao Games representative commented, "We had a meaningful time connecting with users at university festivals through Campus Chicken Drop VOL.2," adding, "We plan to continue expanding our touchpoints with users through various offline events in the future."
