Wemade Chairman Park Kwan-ho has signed a contract to transfer his entire stake in the company to Neopulse Co., Ltd.

In a regulatory filing on the 30th, Wemade announced that Chairman Park Kwan-ho has transferred his entire 39.33% stake to Neopulse. The contract was signed on the 30th, with 13,350,738 shares sold for 920 billion KRW. Consequently, management control will be transferred to Neopulse, and directors designated by Neopulse are expected to be appointed through an upcoming extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.

Neopulse is known as an investment firm associated with Alibaba and major Chinese gaming companies. According to Wemade, Neopulse cited Wemade's MMORPG development capabilities and the strong competitiveness of its flagship IP, 'MIR', in the Chinese market as the primary reasons for the investment.

Moving forward, Neopulse plans to pursue the development of new global titles, including those for the Chinese market, and drive sustainable growth by diversifying and advancing its IP business model through collaborations with leading Chinese IT firms, game developers, and publishers.
