On July 2, Goddess of Victory: NIKKE is rolling out a massive update designed to tackle the sweltering heat. This patch introduces two new summer-limited Nikke and brings back the limited-time characters from the summer of 2025. Alongside these, a dedicated story event and a slew of fresh content will be hitting the servers.

The new story event, 'WAVE TO YOU', promises a blend of seaside freshness and high-stakes adventure. The plot kicks off when Marciana’s graduation trip and Cinderella’s search for Hansel and Gretel collide, dragging everyone into a mysterious whirlpool that lands them on a strange, specialized sea island.

Commanders can soak in the narrative through full voice acting, a custom event map, and brand-new animations designed to max out the immersion. You can also kill some time with 'ISLAND BREAKER', a mini-game where you smash beach debris and Raptures with a ball, or take advantage of the login event that showers you with recruitment tickets for up to 14 days.

The new limited-time arrivals are 'Cinderella: Crystal Wave' and 'Marciana: Marine Study'. Cinderella: Crystal Wave, a Pilgrim faction Iron-code machine gun specialist, switches into 'Sniper Mode' upon reloading at max ammo. With the ability to charge the Burst Gauge for the entire squad, this unit looks like an absolute powerhouse.

Marciana: Marine Study is an Elysion faction Iron-code rifle user. This Nikke gains attack power as the number of Raptures on the field decreases, and if there are five or fewer Raptures present, Marciana: Marine Study grants oneself a bonus to damage against code-weak enemies. This makes the character a solid choice for Iron-code weakness Solo Raids and general PvE. Cinderella: Crystal Wave kicks off the limited recruitment on July 2, while Marciana: Marine Study follows on July 9.

A wave of summer-themed swimwear skins is also hitting the shop. The real head-turner is the limited-time costume 'Little Mermaid – Shell Princess', which comes with a unique Burst cutscene and custom SD animations; you can snag this via the in-game costume pick. Additionally, Tia’s adorable reptilian-themed skin, 'Sea Liz', arrives in a pass. Don't forget that 2025 summer-limited units 'Dorothy: Serendipity' and 'Elegg: Boom & Shock' are returning—a perfect opportunity for those who joined around the 3rd anniversary.

It is also great to see some fan-favorite summer skins making a comeback. A total of six costumes, including those for 'Pepper', 'Yan', and 'Guilty', are back in the rotation. If you missed out previously, now is your chance to rectify that mistake.

Furthermore, Goddess of Victory: NIKKE is significantly beefing up its content volume. Solo Raids 38 and 39 are scheduled for July, and Union Raids will keep the competition fierce starting July 10. We also have Coordinated Operations against 'Blacksmith' and 'Storm Bringer' on weekends, plus three rounds of FULL BURST DAY, offering double rewards in Interception and Simulation Room to help you push those skill levels higher.
