Netmarble has expanded its PC and mobile MMORPG, 'RF Online Next', with the addition of the new region, 'Lavalon'.

Lavalon is a volcanic zone situated within the newly unveiled Chapter 12, 'Sindray Archipelago', accessible once players complete the main quest of Chapter 11.5. New field bosses, 'Sondador' and 'Hydra', await those brave enough to challenge them, offering Tier 6 boss-exclusive hero equipment upon defeat. Meanwhile, the 'Cordis Crater'—the game's highest-tier hunting ground—now drops unique collections and outer parts for the rover, 'Unipop'.

The summer event dungeon, 'Treasure Ship Coast', has also arrived. Spanning eight floors, it is open to any player who has hit level 30. Beyond the efficient experience gain, players can snag Oracle Shards—previously limited to collaboration dungeons—through linked events.

The content train doesn't stop there; July will see the arrival of the new world boss 'Lagdion', fresh costumes like 'Cheering Roar' and 'Ocean Breeze', and new rover appearances including 'Unipop', 'Shooting Ball', and 'Lagdion'. The developers have also implemented the 'Memory Chip: Storybook' feature alongside new Mythic-grade weapon skins.

To celebrate the launch of Chapter 12, there are 7-day attendance rewards and experience boost hot-time events on offer, with hero-grade weapon skins up for grabs.
