XD released details for the new trend season, 'Whale Exploration', in its cozy life simulation game, Heartbeat Town, on the 6th. This massive update is set to launch on the 11th, marking the game's half-year anniversary.

In the newly added underwater map, Whale Fall Canyon, players can explore the mysterious deep sea, discover various marine life, and find hidden content. Additionally, a dedicated space called the 'Underwater Mesa' has been added, allowing players to decorate their own sub-aquatic retreat using sea-themed building materials and furniture.

The update also introduces a new Marine Life Encyclopedia to enhance collection elements, providing the fun of catching various sea creatures, such as squid and nudibranchs, to fill the log. Furthermore, new summer-themed outfits, including snorkeling gear and resort-style wear, have been released, allowing players to customize their characters for the season. To celebrate the half-year anniversary, various commemorative events and missions have been added, offering rewards such as Moonlight Crystals, Wish Stars, and limited exhibition tickets.

An XD official stated, "We have prepared our largest underwater-themed season to date to celebrate the half-year mark," and added, "We hope players enjoy the expanded charm of Heartbeat Town through the new exploration zones, housing options, collection logs, and various celebratory events."
