UserJoy is releasing a Steam demo for the fantasy strategy RPG Fantasia Sango Remake.

Fantasia Sango Remake reimagines the 1998 classic RPG with modern graphics and systems. It inherits the original's tactical combat, multi-ending structure, and unique characters and fantasy world, while improving the combat interface, control convenience, and adding new content.

In the demo version, players can experience the early story and seven classic stages that represent the original game. Players will follow Leonard, leader of the 2nd Knights of the Republic of Wespita, as they infiltrate the Ramis Empire to track down the conspiracy hidden on the continent of Panosong. Save data from the demo version can be carried over to the full version to continue the adventure.

The combat interface has been revamped to intuitively display character information, skill lists, status effects, enemy and ally information, and battlefield status on a single screen. It provides convenience features such as damage previews, action priority, and skill descriptions to assist in formulating precise strategies. Additionally, it supports a rewind function to return to a desired point during battle and dynamic difficulty adjustment based on progress.

Furthermore, the demo version reveals the exclusive ultimate classes for all characters for the first time. Major characters such as Leonard, Tina, and Ho grow into unique ultimate classes—such as Apocalypse Swordsman, Princess, Holy Tiger's Heavenly Bow, Black Wings of Dawn, Imperial Dark Sword, Spirit Queen, Beast Soul Overlord, and Purifying Sword Maiden—each providing roles and skills tailored to the character's background and combat characteristics.

Along with this, a card-based gameplay system is introduced for the first time, where players collect various cards such as heroes, soldiers, creatures, and magic to build decks. UserJoy will conduct a survey for users who complete the demo to collect feedback and reflect it in game development and content improvements. Fantasia Sango Remake is scheduled for an official release on PC Steam in 2026 and will support a total of five languages, including Korean, English, Japanese, and Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
