SOOP is accelerating the development of its content production environment by expanding support for optical motion capture studios for virtual streamers. To address the creative limitations individual streamers face due to the high costs of professional equipment and the difficulty of securing filming spaces, SOOP is enhancing its rental program.

The optical motion capture studio rental program, which was previously operated as a pilot project in a single location, is now being expanded to four locations across Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon. This expansion allows creators to choose a location that best fits their activity area and schedule, significantly improving convenience.

The scope of support has also been strengthened. In addition to renting out optical motion capture suits and related equipment, professional operators will be stationed on-site to assist with smooth equipment operation. Furthermore, creators will be provided with the raw data from their sessions, which they can utilize for various future video editing projects.

Applications are accepted from the 1st to the 10th of every month for content scheduled for production in the following month. Any streamer with a 3D humanoid avatar in VRM or FBX format is eligible to apply, and final selections will be made through a review of project proposals.

SOOP is fostering the growth of creators and expanding the virtual content ecosystem through various programs such as 'Welcome Virtual' and 'Virtual Makeover.' The company plans to continue its infrastructure support to ensure that creators can produce high-quality content freely without constraints.
