Raven 2 held its Class Change Season 11 event from July 29th through the early hours of August 5th. July was nothing short of a chaotic whirlwind, featuring a relentless cycle of 'Class Change - Server Transfer - Class Change'. Perhaps that’s why we’re witnessing a major seismic shift in the Korean region of Raven 2. For the first time since the game's launch, the top spot in class popularity has changed hands. Divine Caster has successfully unseated Night Ranger, claiming the throne and securing the number one position across both the Korean and Global regions.

The Divine Caster’s influence is also surging across server-specific popularity charts. Out of 36 servers, Divine Caster holds the top spot in 21 and the runner-up position in 14. The Mare-Dolor server stands alone as the only outlier where the class has failed to secure a top two finish.

While Divine Caster and Night Ranger dominate the top two spots, Berserker and Elementalist are beginning to eye that second-place position. In the aforementioned Mare-Dolor server, Berserker actually managed to overtake Divine Caster to snatch second place. Additionally, on Vita-Honor, Berserker and Divine Caster share the runner-up spot, while on Vita-Metus, Elementalist and Night Ranger are locked in a tie for second. It will be interesting to see if this new status quo holds firm.

Overall Class Distribution

Let's broaden our view to the overall class distribution in Raven 2. While the Divine Caster saw a modest gain of 0.2 percentage points, Night Ranger suffered a staggering 1.2 percentage point drop. It appears the Divine Caster is merely reaping the rewards of the recent exodus of Night Ranger players. The gap between the two now sits at a substantial 0.9 percentage points, but whether the Divine Caster can hold onto its crown remains to be seen.

Gunslinger gained 0.6 percentage points, climbing up one rank. This momentum helped the class reach third place on the Mare-Mors server—a rare sight for the class in the server-specific Top 3 rankings. Conversely, the previously sixth-ranked Vanguard lost some ground, though the gains made by Gunslinger were more pronounced. Meanwhile, Destroyer picked up 0.2 percentage points, landing in a tie for seventh place with Vanguard.

Global Class Distribution

In the Raven 2 Global region, quite some time has passed since Divine Caster surged to the top. Night Ranger, now relegated to second, maintains a wide chasm between the top-ranked Divine Caster and the third-ranked Berserker. An impenetrable wall has formed between these top three classes. The chart reflects this reality clearly; despite significant fluctuations in the market share of Night Ranger and Berserker, there has been no meaningful change in the rankings.

The real shifts are happening between the fifth-ranked Elementalist and the sixth-ranked Gunslinger. Last week, the two classes were separated by a razor-thin margin, with 4.9% and 4.8% share respectively. However, both lost ground over the past week, and Gunslinger saw a sharper decline. Unfortunately, the dream of Gunslinger reaching fifth place has been put on hold.

Guild Dungeon Ranking Records

Moving on to the Raven 2 Guild Dungeon rankings. With server transfers concluded, the number of tracked ranker guilds has increased, and those failing to refresh their records are inevitably sliding down the board. This week follows a similar trend, with the number of guilds on the leaderboard rising from 377 to 409. Competition for record-based ranking shifts remains fierce, although the top-ranked RoyalDanekke and fourth-ranked RaonA remain unmoved.

In the upper tiers, Nangmyan and Valentine have improved their standing. Nangmyan slashed its time by one minute to climb a spot, while Valentine shaved off one minute and one second to jump three places, securing second and fifth in the Raven 2 Guild Dungeon rankings, respectively. Their ascent has pushed other top-tier guilds down, while 11th-ranked Villains successfully staged a comeback by shaving off 39 seconds, landing them in the top 10.

Further down, AURA1 and MushinDanekke clashed. Both guilds managed to refresh their Stage 5 clear times, but AURA1’s achievement was more impressive, cutting the time by a massive 1 minute and 22 seconds. In the lower rankings, VeteranYarClubR broke into the Top 20 with a Stage 5 clear time of 13 minutes and 27 seconds.

Raven 2 is planning a Developer Live broadcast on August 14th at 19:00. We polled the community on what they expect from this broadcast. The top choice was 'new content that can be enjoyed quickly,' highlighting the players' thirst for engaging gameplay. Easy-to-access content is essential, after all.
