Wemade has rolled out a fresh slice of competitive play in their MMORPG, Legend of Ymir, with the introduction of the 'Arena Ranking Battle' update on August 20. This new 3v3 mode operates on a seasonal basis, allowing participants to climb the ranks and prove their mettle by earning points based on combat performance.

The inaugural season of the Arena Ranking Battle kicks off today and will run for eight weeks, concluding on October 15. After completing five placement matches to determine an initial rank and tier, players will compete for leaderboard supremacy. Victories are secured either by wiping out the opposing team or by simply having more survivors left standing when the clock hits zero.

Matches are held every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday between 8:00 PM and midnight. While players receive three entry tickets daily, those craving more action can earn additional passes through daily quests, missions, and achievements. High-ranking performers will be rewarded with PvP-focused items such as 'Seal of Duel' and a unique currency, 'Proof of Duel', which can be exchanged for essential gear like 'Legendary Equipment Material Chest 1' or 'Master's Parchment'.

To keep the momentum going, Wemade is running a series of growth-focused events. The 'Dew at the End of Summer' hunting event encourages players to venture into the Hall of Valkyrie, Temple of Chaos, or Fólkvangr to hunt monsters for 'Red, Yellow, and Blue Dew' materials. These can be crafted into 'Sigrun's Memory Shards', which are then traded for Legendary-grade Valkyrie, Disir, or Horn items. Additionally, the 'Sigurd's Hidden Gift Box' event allows players to spend in-game Silver to grab items like 'Noble Hero Horn' or 'Master's Parchment'.

Wemade has not forgotten those who have been away; a 'Returning Warrior 30-Day Attendance Event' is now live for anyone who hasn't logged in for seven days or more. Returning players can claim rewards like the '+10 Regin Equipment Full Set Package' and a 'Hero Valkyrie Selection Chest'. Starting August 27, further festivities include a '14-Day Challenge Attendance Event' and a crafting system where players can gather materials through hunting or gathering to create Runes for collection-based stat boosts.
