Look, let's be honest. The Korea Game Developers Association is running the 3rd recruitment round for participating companies in the 2026 game company project on-site training until September 8.

The initiative is designed to support the recruitment of new talent for game development projects and to sharpen the practical skills of young talent in the gaming sector through project-based on-site training.

Managed by the Korea Creative Content Agency, the Korea Game Developers Association participates as a platform institution. Any game-related individual or corporate business with plans to hire new staff for game development projects is welcome to apply.

The support period runs from the agreement signing date through January of next year. For up to five months from the hiring date, the association covers up to 50% of the monthly wage for newly hired trainees (with 5 years or less of experience). That is a maximum of 2,000,000 won per month per person, with around 1 person supported per company.

Eligibility evaluations will take place in early September, followed by agreement signings mid-month.
