The high-tier Arena is also following a flow very similar to the regular Arena pick rates we looked at earlier. The only difference is that magic decks are slightly more popular than offense decks here. The 'Yungeon magic deck' recorded 51%, the 'Seonlan and Yungeon offense deck' 25%, and defense decks 23%. Add those three up and you get a neat 99%, while the remaining 1% belongs to rankers who deployed instant-death decks in their defense teams. It has been a hot minute since we last saw an instant-death deck in the high-tier Arena.

Furthermore, right at the top of the rankings, there is a distinct composition that feels quite different from the standard Arena. It places Seonlan at the rear of the protection formation while stationing magic-type heroes in the front. It is quite similar in texture to the 'Seonlan and Yungeon offense deck' built on an offense deck base, but with reversed hero types. This is precisely why Seonlan, an offensive hero, boasts a 63% pick rate within Yungeon magic decks.
