NetEase Games' street basketball mobile game 'NBA Dunk City' has rolled out an update, welcoming new players Dirk Nowitzki and Russell Westbrook to the roster.

Dirk Nowitzki is famed as a legendary power forward who spent 21 years with a single franchise. The player utilizes the iconic 'one-legged fadeaway' to break down opposing defences, while also shining as an all-around talent strong in rebounding and post play thanks to solid physical prowess. Meanwhile, Russell Westbrook, another legendary NBA point guard, boasts explosive driving ability and lightning-fast speed. The player can overwhelm opponents with destructive offensive skills such as the block-defying 'Tomahawk dunk'.

Mission completion and level reward systems have also expanded. As players level up, various in-game goodies including 'Superstar Appearance Tickets' are guaranteed, and hitting level 50 grants a golden opportunity to recruit any desired player for free.
