Nexon announced on the 17th that the 2026 Season 4 Moonrise update has been applied to Sudden Attack. This season will run until December 10. To coincide with this update, the season character 'C. Luna' and the new submachine gun 'NOX(S) Moonrise' have been released, along with improvements to the popular 'Survival Mode' and various season opening events. At 8 PM on the 17th, 'Sudden Live' will also be held to introduce the new content.

First, through this update, players can acquire the season character 'C. Luna' and the new submachine gun 'NOX(S) Moonrise' from the progression content 'Sudden Pass'. C. Luna is provided immediately upon activating the Sudden Pass, while NOX(S) Moonrise is offered as a reward for reaching level 60, the maximum level of the Sudden Pass. The new weapon NOX(S) Moonrise boasts a short gunshot sound transmission distance and quiet operation sounds during weapon switching and reloading, giving it an advantage in stealth combat situations.

In the 'Reboot Pass', which activates after reaching level 60 of the Sudden Pass, additional rewards such as the 'My Gun+ Moonrise Lv.50 Kit' and the 'C. Luna Special Set' with added unique functions are provided when conditions such as first-come, first-served are met. In addition, a 'Pass Shop' is operated where players can use 'PP (Pass Points)' collected through pass progression to exchange for items such as the 'Moonrise Weapon Upgrade Ticket' which adds 'My Gun+' upgrade effects, and the 'NOX 1st/2nd Upgrade Ticket' which allows players to choose a path to enhance features like unlimited magazines and bayonet functions.

Along with this, competitive contents such as the Integrated Season Match, Rank Match, Clan Rank Match, and Survival Mode are starting fresh with the 2026 Season 4 schedule. The Rank Match has added two new 3-v-3 battlefields, 'The Mall' and 'Line', and offers honor rewards by tier. The popular mode 'Survival Mode' has received improvement updates introducing new weapons within the battlefield, and some weapons can now be found through looting boxes and drone supplies.

The battlefields 'Third Supply Base', 'Demo Site', and 'Final Zone' have been improved to allow players to join matches more quickly, and the 'Rodéo' battlefield features increased flood damage for a faster-paced progression. The chances of acquiring containers from looting boxes have been expanded, and voice chat is applied according to the game options set by the user. Battlefield selections will change in a rotation format during the season.

Rewards for participating in Survival Mode have also been boosted. When reaching Silver rank or higher during the season, the 'Survival Bag' is instantly awarded in addition to the existing 'Sledgehammer' item, and equipping this bag grants additional EXP benefits in all modes, including Survival Mode. Furthermore, provocative, assassination, and downed execution motions can now be used in Survival Mode and Survival Clan Wars.

Meanwhile, Nexon is rolling out a variety of events to celebrate the season opening. In the chat event running for four days until the 20th, players can receive daily rewards such as '50,000 EXP' and a 'Jackpot Point Box' by logging into the game and entering the specified phrase. Until October 1, the 'Yutdeon Attack' event will take place, where completing daily missions grants chances to throw Yut, and completing the Yut board allows players to select and acquire desired rewards every time. Performing missions at a PC bang grants additional throwing chances.

During the same period, the 'Ranking Co-op Event', in which all users cooperate, will also be held. Operating on a method of accumulating points by completing daily missions that can be repeated throughout the day and once-a-day missions, players can use the collected points to take on personal goal missions and co-op goal missions achieved together by all users.
