On August 23rd, Arthdal Chronicles rolled out a fresh rift dungeon, auxiliary equipment capes, the green nebula constellation, a rare meteorite appearance event, a solo mode for the Garden of Illusions, and changes to integrated content matching.

The absolute standout of this update is the brand-new rift dungeon, 'Village Invasion Defense'. Characters at level 93 or above can step into this content, using standard rift defense dungeon points three times a week. Once the first stage of the invasion defense is cleared, the participant secures 'Guardian's Power' from one of four attributes, which then gets deployed in subsequent battles.

Succeeding in the invasion defense yields green starlight fragments used for observing the new green nebula constellation. Furthermore, after claiming the rewards, a gacha screen pops up, granting one free draw. Players can score cape boxes of various grades based on given probabilities here, with an additional draw available by spending gems. Standard rift defense dungeon points reset every Monday at 6:00 AM.

The content additions do not stop there, as a seasonal event titled 'Rare Meteorite Appearance!' has landed. This mining event runs for 10 minutes by clicking the entry button within the event tab. Entering the event map reveals three types of meteorite, and mining them drops glowing enhancement stones, refining stones, crafting stones, and meteorite fragments used for crafting various items. The event runs until October 7th at 6:00 AM.

The launch of Chuseok special radiant lucky pouch items is also making waves. Players can purchase them up to 10 times per server day for 200 gems or 1 million silver coins each. Using 100 lucky pouches rewards players through the Chuseok special radiant lucky pouch event with a legendary challenge ticket selection box. Since this is a chance to chase legendary tiers using silver and a modest amount of gems, it is best not to miss out.

On top of all that, various other updates went live, including a transmutation feature to reset auxiliary equipment latent stats, the release of the new outfits Full Moon Abundance and Golden Autumn Leaf Headband, a solo mode for the Garden of Illusions, an expansion of the hero-grade or higher spirit and mount awakening codex, an increased max level for statues, new product releases, changes to the integrated Black Night Archipelago field matching, and fixes for existing content bugs.
