Krafton has officially announced that the life-simulation survival game 'Dinkum' is coming to the Nintendo Switch. The news was revealed on the 12th during the Nintendo Direct online showcase.

Along with the announcement, pre-orders for the digital version of 'Dinkum' have opened on the Nintendo eShop. Those who pre-order the Nintendo Switch version will receive a 'Battlegrounds Costume Set' as a special in-game bonus. A 10% discount is also available during the pre-order period. A physical retail version will also be released, with pre-orders starting on the 16th.

The Nintendo Switch version is scheduled for a global release on November 6th. The pre-order period runs until 8:59 AM (KST) on November 6th. A demo will also be available as soon as the My Nintendo eShop page goes live.

'Dinkum' is a life-simulation survival game developed by James Bendon, a solo developer from Australia. The game features island exploration inspired by the flora and fauna of Australia. Players can enjoy various content including exploration, crafting, animal husbandry, farming, gathering, and hunting.

After five years of development, the game was released in Steam Early Access in July 2022 and transitioned to a full release this past April. It has recorded over 1.4 million copies sold to date and maintains a 'Very Positive' (92% positive) rating on Steam.
