Busan Metropolitan City and the Busan IT Industry Promotion Agency (the Agency) are set to host 'Busan Web3 Game Connect 2025' on the 21st at the Busan Esports Arena.

The event is designed to share the latest trends in the Web3 gaming industry and accelerate overseas expansion and investment attraction for domestic companies.

Busan and the Agency plan to assist Web2 game companies in transitioning to Web3 and strengthen cooperation networks with global firms and investors to foster Busan as a premier Asian hub for Web3 gaming.

The event will feature a global conference, business matching sessions, Web3 game exhibition booths, and a networking reception. Official partners including PG Labs, Metis, Solana, and GSR will participate.

The global conference will feature speakers such as Anh Tran, Solana Superteam APAC Lead; Tom Ngo, CEO of Metis; and Andrea Fortugno, CEO and Co-Founder of Magicblock Labs. AI-powered simultaneous interpretation between Korean and English will be provided.

One-on-one business matching sessions will allow local game companies to discuss investment and publishing opportunities with global VCs and publishers. Exhibition booths in the lobby will allow attendees to experience games integrated with Web3 technology and interact with developers.
