Arc System Works Asia officially released the Korean version of 'Double Dragon Revive' on the 23rd for PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Steam, and the Epic Games Store.

'Double Dragon' is a series that began in arcades in 1987. It established the 'belt-scrolling action' genre, where players control the two protagonists, 'Billy Lee' and 'Jimmy Lee', masters of the Sou-Setsu-Ken, to defeat enemies. In addition to basic actions like punches and kicks, the game includes various mechanics such as using special moves and picking up weapons from enemies. 'Double Dragon Revive' is a remake supervised by the fighting game development staff at Arc System Works.

The story of 'Double Dragon Revive' is set 15 years after a nuclear war. The survivors live in colonies built across a devastated world. Politics and law are managed by the powerful figures who rule these colonies, and the coastal colony has also become a city controlled by such individuals. After the gang 'Shadow Warriors' took control, the wealth gap in the colony widened. The Lee brothers, users of Sou-Setsu-Ken, lived in a corner of the city with their childhood friend Marian, and they soon find themselves caught in a massive conspiracy.

The playable characters in Double Dragon Revive are Billy Lee, Jimmy Lee, and Marian. Powerful enemies from the original game return, and players must engage in strategic combat by remembering enemy behavior patterns to find the right timing to attack. As in the original, weapons and stage gimmicks can also be utilized.
