SOOP is running its settlement support campaign, 'Welcome to Streamer Season 6', for newcomers, transfers, and returning streamers until Sunday, November 30.

'Welcome to Streamer' is an onboarding initiative designed to help streamers get settled when starting or returning to broadcasting. By hitting specific mission targets—such as broadcast hours or follower counts—participants can earn rewards ranging from broadcasting hardware and content production grants to promotional vouchers. The event has been held regularly since its debut in 2023.

This season expands the eligibility and diversifies participation methods. Previously, only new streamers with under 10 cumulative hours of broadcasting could participate, but starting this season, streamers who have taken a break for over a month are also eligible. Additionally, new interactive elements for users have been introduced; viewers who watch a stream or add a channel to their favorites are now eligible to enter prize giveaways.

Alongside this, the 'Welcome Virtual' support program for virtual streamers is also underway. Any virtual streamer planning to debut or transfer to SOOP can participate. Selected participants receive benefits such as platform-wide exposure, opportunities for collaborative content with other streamers, and production grants.

Through the monthly 'Subscription Carry-over' event, streamers moving from other platforms can have their fans' previous subscription histories recognized. This allows streamers to maintain their relationships with fans and settle in smoothly, while also providing users with a familiar way to support their favorite streamers.
