Teneke Kafalar Studio officially transitioned their social deduction game 'Feign' to a full release on the 22nd. Having been in early access since October 2021, the game previously enjoyed a notable streak of popularity among streamers, even making waves in Korea.

Players are assigned to one of three factions: Citizens, Impostors, or Neutrals, and must deduce roles while cycling between day and night. Citizens need to survive and gather information to eliminate the Impostors, while the Impostors aim to kill Citizens and avoid suspicion. Neutrals have their own unique victory conditions, allowing them to cooperate with specific factions or eliminate both sides depending on the situation.

The game's standout feature is its diverse range of roles. These include the Serial Killer, who can kill targets regardless of their abilities; the Thief, who can steal a target's role; and the Wizard, who kills if they correctly guess a target's role. Additionally, roles like the 'Madman,' who believes they are a Citizen but is not, keep every round unpredictable.

The official launch version adds a new 'Drawing' mode. Supporting 4 to 10 players, it involves drawing based on a given theme and prompt. One player is selected as the imposter and must draw without knowing the prompt. The other participants must provide clues without revealing too much information, and the group must then identify the faker through discussion and voting. Similar to 'Liar Game,' the group scores if they catch the imposter, while the imposter wins if they remain undetected until the end.

As of 11:00 AM on November 23rd, Feign's Steam user rating is 'Very Positive' (5,193 reviews, 90% positive). Players have praised the game, commenting, "One of the most fun mafia-style games I've played," "A game that starts with a Madman and ends with a Madman," and "The unique roles really bring the game to life."
