Dead by Daylight is returning to Korean-themed content for the first time in about five years.

Behaviour Interactive announced detailed information regarding the new chapter, 'All-Kill: Comeback', on its official website on the 25th. 'All-Kill: Comeback' is an expansion of the 2021 'All-Kill' chapter, which introduced the killer 'The Trickster' and survivor 'Yun-Jin Lee', and features a new urban map, 'Trickster's Delusion', and a new survivor, 'Tae-Young Kwon'.

The new map, 'Trickster's Delusion', places an entire city within the fog. It resembles a neon-lit South Korean metropolis, complete with shopping districts, street food stalls, and clubs. As a space woven by the Entity from the Trickster's subconscious, it contains various Easter eggs that hint at the killer's unstable mental state.

The new survivor, Tae-Young Kwon, is a professional who developed virtual idols at 'Idol House Digital', a company run by his brother. His skills caught the attention of Mighty One Entertainment—the agency that managed the Trickster—leading him to take on a project to create 'MiNA', a female virtual idol modeled after the killer. It is expected that his involvement in this project is linked to why he became a survivor.

The voice actor for Tae-Young Kwon is Kevin Woo, known for his role as 'Mystery' in K-Pop Demon Hunters. Woo previously provided consultation on the lore during the original 'All-Kill' update, and this time, he served as both a consultant and a voice actor. Woo stated, "I put more effort into building the world and characters this time, and it was a deeply meaningful opportunity to personally voice a new survivor I hold dear."

Meanwhile, the Trickster is also receiving a rework in the 'All-Kill: Comeback' update. A 'Style Score' system has been added, where the Trickster earns points for successful knife throws or injuring survivors, which can be used to increase his rank. As the Style Rank increases, players gain bonuses to knife throwing speed and reload speed. His base stats have also been slightly adjusted.
