The Game Rating and Administration Committee (GRAC) joined forces with nine other local organisations in the Centum district on 17 April, launching a 'Life-Sharing Blood Drive' to tackle the looming shortage of blood supplies caused by the region's ageing population.

In a bid to address the dwindling blood stocks and fulfil its duties as a public body, the GRAC has partnered with the Busan Blood Center to host these regular, quarterly group blood donation events alongside its neighbours in the Centum district.

This particular event was spearheaded by the GRAC, with staff from nine other local institutions—the Korea Media Rating Board, the Korean Film Council, the Busan Film Commission, the APEC Climate Center, the Korea Youth Counseling & Welfare Institute, the Busan Cinema Center, the Busan Institute for Talent & Lifelong Education, the Busan IT Industry Promotion Agency, and the Busan Technology Venture Capital—all rolling up their sleeves to participate.

GRAC Chairman Seo Tae-geon remarked, "I sincerely hope that the warm hearts and small actions shown today by the staff of our fellow public institutions in the Centum district will go a long way towards saving lives." He added, "Moving forward, our committee remains committed to sharing the value of life-sharing and taking the lead in various initiatives that allow us to prosper alongside our local community."
