Hyundai Motor Company has launched a new 'Racing Simulator' that allows users to experience driving from the comfort of their homes. It comes equipped with a PS5 and has served as the official hardware for the Gran Turismo 7 national team qualifiers for this year's Asian Games.

Hyundai is officially launching the 'Hyundai N Racing Simulator' on the 11th. Developed in collaboration with global partners including LG Electronics, Sony, Logitech, and Next Level Racing, it utilizes a physics engine based on real-world vehicle data within Gran Turismo 7 to recreate the high-performance driving experience synonymous with Hyundai’s N brand.

The lineup is divided into PRO and RACER models based on specifications. The PRO model features an LG Ultra Fine Display OLED Pro—utilizing LG’s premium G series panel—and a PS5 Pro. The RACER model is the standard configuration, featuring a 65-inch LG OLED TV and a PS5.

The cockpit uses a Next Level Racing GT Elite Lite frame customized with an exclusive Hyundai N design, while the seat is an Avante N light sports bucket seat, recreating an environment similar to being in a real N vehicle. The steering wheel and pedals are Logitech G’s 'RS50 SYSTEM Racing Wheel' and 'RS Pedals,' providing the tactile feedback of a real race car.

The Hyundai N Racing Simulator was used as the official sim-racing equipment for the Gran Turismo 7 national team qualifiers, which is an official e-sports event for the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games. Kim Young-chan, who took first place in the qualifiers held on the 8th, is set to compete as a national representative in the Asian Games this September.

The 'Avante N TCR' and 'N 2025 Vision Gran Turismo' were used as the competition vehicles during the qualifiers. In addition, the Ioniq 5 N and Avante N are also implemented in the game. Hyundai plans to continuously introduce various vehicle models through its collaboration with Gran Turismo 7.

This product will be sold in limited quantities primarily through Hyundai's paid N membership service, 'The Nthusiast,' with plans to diversify sales channels in the future. Furthermore, the company will provide opportunities to experience the device at various locations, including the N e-Festival booth at the Hyundai N Festival and various Hyundai Motorstudios.

As sim-racing is a platform that allows users to experience Hyundai vehicles without spatial or temporal constraints, we plan to continue strengthening communication with our customers and contribute to the development of domestic motorsport culture."
