Global gaming company Gravity added the new 'Lighthalzen' map to its 2D MMORPG, The Ragnarok, on the 30th. This update expands combat content by introducing the 15th chapter of the Trial of the Hero and extending the Demon King's Battle from the 12th to the 15th floor.

The new Lighthalzen map features a corporate city concept, offering a different field combat experience compared to existing regions. High-level monsters such as Rafflesia, Stem Worm, Metaling, and Marduk appear in this area. Upon defeating these monsters, players can obtain various items including God's Protection Secret Pouches, Refinement Metals, Root of Carnivorous Plants, and Shells. Notably, the Marduk monster drops the Marduk Card, which provides silence resistance and a MATK boost, useful for character growth and gear optimization.

With the content expansion, the 15th chapter has been added to the Trial of the Hero. Comprising five stages, this chapter features monsters such as Kaho, Lava Golem, Blazer, Grizzly, and Explosion. Completing these stages rewards players with Luminous Powder, Zeny, and Shadow Equipment. Depending on the cumulative number of stars earned in the chapter, additional rewards such as Zeny, Luminous Orb Fragments, and various grades of Shadow Equipment—including Advanced, Rare, and Legendary—are provided.

The Demon King's Battle content has been expanded with the addition of floors 12 through 15. Each of these expanded floors features powerful MVP monsters such as Bloody Knight, Dark Lord, Dracula, Doppelganger, Turtle General, Osiris, and Detale. Clearing these floors allows players to obtain rewards such as Mythical Equipment, cards, Zeny, God's Protection Secret Pouches, and Costume Enchantment Stones.
