The Division Resurgence first debuted on mobile platforms back on March 31. Set in the chaotic, lawless streets of New York, the narrative bridges the gap between the first and second installments. Players step into the shoes of a Strategic Homeland Division agent, tasked with restoring order to a city on the brink of collapse.

Just two days after the Steam release, 'Season 2: Call to Arms' Phase 1 kicked off. The Classified Assignment Pass offers rewards up to level 50, including the 'Bighorn' exotic assault rifle—which switches to semi-auto when aiming down sights—and the 'Vintage Elegance' apparel set. Crucially, the game supports cross-play and cross-progression between PC and mobile.

However, Steam reviews are currently sitting at 'Mixed' (based on 1,649 entries, with 45% positive). The common complaint? A UI ported directly from mobile that feels entirely out of place on PC. Players have also pointed to forced low-resolution locks and a noticeable graphical downgrade. There is significant pushback against mobile-style action restrictions that kill the pacing, alongside grumbles that the Dark Zone has become a playground for those who lean into the game's monetization. On the bright side, the free-to-play model and low system requirements make it accessible, and the ability to team up with others in the open world remains a highlight.

Elsewhere on the Steam global top sellers list, the newly released 'Pax Autocratica' grabbed the second spot after its August 11 launch. It is a roguelike colonisation simulator that tasks players with building a totalitarian regime across the battlefield, and early feedback is 'Very Positive'. Meanwhile, Marvel Rivals continues to struggle with 'Mixed' reviews due to optimization woes and mandatory PSN linking, though the developer is currently pushing patches to turn things around.

In the daily peak Concurrent Players top 20, Palworld has held onto fourth place for a month, though its numbers have slipped to the 350,000 mark. Apex Legends has been hovering in the high 200,000s for a week following its Season 30 update. As things stand, the gap between the two titles appears to be narrowing.
