Below is our guide to the recommended weapon skins by grade to help you make sensible choices.

Recommendations for Common, Uncommon, and Rare Weapon Skins

The chance of pulling anything above Common or Uncommon from your weapon skin summons exceeds 99%. Naturally, the stats are negligible, so it hardly matters which one you equip. If you must choose, we recommend 'Garanbi' for Common, and 'Forest', 'Sand', or 'Assault' for Uncommon. Early on, that +1 Accuracy boost is surprisingly helpful, and these skins all provide it.

Rare grade skins are primarily obtained through synthesis rather than direct summons, and the logic remains the same: prioritize Accuracy. Your best bets are 'Chusando', 'Aram Forest', 'Hadam Forest', or 'Geomok'. While some might come with lackluster stats like Max HP or Defense, the efficiency gained from their damage multipliers against normal monsters or overall damage rates is simply superior.

Heroic Grade Weapon Skin Recommendations

Acquiring a Heroic grade skin via standard means takes an eternity. However, note that you can obtain a 'Heroic Weapon Skin Summon Ticket' once per account by completing Chapter 6 of the Growth Guide. Even if you are a non-paying player, this is well within your reach.

Once you hit Heroic, this becomes your bread and butter. If your priority is grinding, keep your eyes on 'Cortiac'. It boosts Accuracy, damage rates against normal monsters, and basic attack damage, which significantly accelerates your farming speed. Add the reduction in incoming basic attack damage to the mix, and it stands unrivaled in terms of survivability while hunting.

If you are looking for versatility, 'Duaka' is a solid choice. While it comes with less desirable stats like Max HP or basic attack damage reduction, it does feature Accuracy. Furthermore, its base stats—such as Defense-Piercing Attack and Skill Damage rate—are uniquely high among the Heroic tiers.

Other alternatives include 'Supna' for raw Attack, 'Siar', 'Ibna' for those balancing Crit and Crit Damage, or 'Escu' for overall damage rates. Just keep in mind that none of these offer the distinct advantages of the two previously mentioned skins.

Legendary Grade Weapon Skin Recommendations

With only two Mythical skins in existence and abysmal drop rates, it is safe to treat Legendary grade as your endgame. At this level, you really should be swapping skins based on the situation—hunting, bosses, or PvP—using the 'Combat Quick Settings' feature. Of course, when your collection is small, just stick to skins focused on offensive stats for general use.

The top recommendation here is 'Mihaje'. Aside from Max HP, it is packed with nothing but useful stats: overall damage rate, overall crit damage, and Accuracy. As a Tier 1 skin, its Defense-Piercing Attack and Skill Damage rates are far superior to other Legendary options.

'Echabib' and 'Isodnyeong' follow closely behind. Echabib lacks Accuracy, but offers a wealth of useful stats like Attack, Defense, and basic attack damage rates. Isodnyeong, meanwhile, is perfect for characters with high Crit rates, thanks to its Crit and overall Crit damage bonuses.

If you only care about hunting, 'Airuz' is worth a look. While the base stats are slightly underwhelming, it is densely packed with crucial hunting metrics, including Crit, Accuracy, and damage multipliers against normal monsters.
