The official game of the mixed-media project 'IDOLY PRIDE' is shutting down its service. This announcement comes approximately five years and four months after its launch on June 24, 2021.

QualiArts delivered the news regarding the end of service for IDOLY PRIDE on the 30th. IDOLY PRIDE will officially terminate its service on March 1, 2027, and will transition into an offline version so that users can continue enjoying the content even after the servers close.

QualiArts stated, "We sincerely thank all the managers who have used the service so far," adding, "Please check the in-game notices for the schedule leading up to the service termination and instructions on how to apply for refunds on paid currency." QualiArts also announced plans to host live broadcasts and various events prior to the shutdown.

The offline version of IDOLY PRIDE will be distributed from March 1 to May 31, 2027. Regardless of idol possession status, users will be able to view all illustrations and stories, and utilize various features such as costume changes and interactions. Multiple photography functions, including 360-degree live shooting and regular live shooting, as well as viewing all stories, will also be available. An offline version-exclusive player note will be added, which will record various user activities such as attendance, interactions, management, and main lives.

Meanwhile, IDOLY PRIDE previously terminated its service in South Korea on April 27. At that time, Neowiz, which handled the South Korean and global versions, left behind various gifts containing gratitude messages from the production team and farewell messages from the idols. Consequently, it drew attention for heartwarming stories such as users sending a coffee truck to express their appreciation.
