You can snag this brand new fighter through the 1st anniversary participation event running until September 16, alongside a concurrent [Rush] synergy fighter pick-up event.

A 1st anniversary event 'Fighters Festa' is also underway, accompanied by a community survey where you can share your honest thoughts on the event and hopes for the game's future—rewarding participants with a cool 1 million rubies. Meanwhile, the pet summon event that kicked off on August 27 lets you encounter legendary pets Nitro and Hippaka.
