Line Games has announced on August 16 that the Steam play test for its self-developed PC newcomer, QUIET, has successfully wrapped up. The test drew roughly 350,000 users across 148 countries worldwide, proving that players both at home and abroad are keeping a close eye on the project.

The Steam play test for QUIET ran from August 3 to September 14. Line Games pointed out that the sheer volume of test applicants laid bare just how hot the anticipation really is. During the test window, around 1,200 video contents and online broadcasts were churned out across the globe.

Through player surveys conducted during the play test, Line Games scooped up over 800 pieces of user feedback. The collected opinions will be scrutinized down to the last detail and actively baked into future gameplay tweaks and optimization work.

QUIET is a co-op comedy horror game built around a rather eccentric premise: duck aliens crash-land on Earth and attempt to bust out while dodging the watchful eyes of a menacing landlady. It supports solo play as well as up to 4-player co-op.

A representative for Line Games stated, "Through this play test, the developer team has confirmed the fiery interest and expectations of global users towards QUIET," adding that "the developer will give it everything during the journey to official release to deliver diverse thrills to everyone."
