Krafton is looking to recruit over 100 entry-level talents equipped with artificial intelligence (AI) competencies through the '2027 Krafton Recruitment-Linked Internship'. This marks the largest-ever scale for Krafton's open recruitment of fresh graduates, spanning across all job positions.

This massive recruitment drive is designed to secure and nurture 'AI Native' entry-level talent company-wide, which is necessary to expand business horizons by driving AI-based new businesses built upon the technology and expertise accumulated through crafting and operating games. Ever since declaring its transition into an 'AI First' enterprise in the second half of 2025, Krafton has concluded that AI generates the greatest synergy when combined with the expertise of existing organisations. Starting with this recruitment, Krafton plans to regularise 'AI Native' open recruitment every year to strengthen its AI business alongside talents possessing AI proficiency.

The recruitment fields consist of six areas: AI Research, Tech, Support, Business, Game Development (Programming), and Game Development (Design). Graduates and prospective graduates from universities at home and abroad are eligible to apply. The evaluation places heavy emphasis on AI utilization capabilities, general cognitive abilities, and global competencies, particularly valuing the potential to rapidly learn and solve problems by leveraging AI. The screening process proceeds in the order of document screening, aptitude tests, AI competency assessment, and interviews. For the AI competency assessment, 'Cofa-Probe', an AI-native recruitment and evaluation solution independently developed by Krafton, will be utilised.

Document applications will be accepted on the Krafton recruitment website from October 13 to October 23. Afterwards, tests and interviews are scheduled from November to December, with final successful candidates slated to be announced during January 2027. Successful applicants will join the company in February 2027 and work on-site for a five-month period. Their conversion to full-time employees will be determined in July 2027 based on their work performance evaluation results.
