Look, let's be honest, finding hidden objects is usually a lazy Tuesday afternoon time-waster, but Thai indie studio Bit Egg announced on October 28 that the critically acclaimed hidden object adventure game 'Lost and Found Co.' is heading to Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 in early 2027. The Nintendo Switch version packs cooperative modes, Joy-Con 2 mouse controls, and plenty more.

The Nintendo Switch version serves up all the content currently available on Steam alongside features tailored specifically for the Nintendo Switch hardware. It supports local and online co-op for up to four players to track down hidden items together. In particular, the developer is letting players use the Joy-Con 2 like a computer mouse for a unique point-and-click hunting experience. Motion controls and touchscreen functionality are also tossed into the mix, allowing you to move the on-screen cursor or poke around with your fingers.

Lost and Found Co. follows Ducky, a former duck who magically transformed into a human, as the character helps the residents of Plumville find their lost belongings while restoring the long-forgotten reputation of the goddess May. You explore a gorgeous hand-drawn world packed with hundreds of hidden items, quirky characters, and a heartwarming tale. Since launching on Steam earlier this year, the game has been pulling in 'Very Positive' reviews with a sparkling 96% approval rating.

The Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 editions of Lost and Found Co. are scheduled to launch in early 2027. These versions will support multiple languages including English, Thai, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, German, Japanese, and Korean, with plans to expand language support down the road. Meanwhile, to celebrate the Nintendo Switch announcement and the Gamescom Asia X Thailand Game Show 2026 showcase, Bit Egg is putting the game on a 20% discount on Steam for a limited time through November 9.
