H2 Interactive has announced that the physical retail edition of DAEMON X MACHINA TITANIC SCION, the mech action title developed by Marvelous, is set to launch on PS5 and Nintendo Switch 2 this September 5. Pre-orders for these physical editions kick off today, the 10th.

TITANIC SCION serves as the successor to the original DAEMON X MACHINA. Players will pilot 'Arsenal,' a modular weaponized suit, and plunge directly into the fray. The game promises a playground for gear-heads, allowing for extensive customisation of your machine to suit your preferred combat style, whether you fancy aerial dogfights or heavy-duty ground assaults.

As the threat of the 'Immortals' looms over the sprawling battlefields, players will be tasked with completing 'Orders,' scavenging the terrain, and hoovering up enemy equipment. Fancy some close-quarters combat? You can zip around with blades. Prefer raw, unadulterated carnage? Strap on some railguns or missiles to smash through the enemy lines. Looting the gear from fallen foes is, naturally, part of the charm.

The 'Arsenal' outer armour is entirely at your mercy; performance stats like mobility and defense depend heavily on your configuration. With five armour slots, six weapon slots, and various 'attachments' to add that extra bit of spice, you have all the tools needed to optimise your war machine.

If you jump on the pre-order bandwagon for the physical edition, a mousepad will be included as a bonus. Furthermore, early adopters will receive a DLC bundle featuring the 'Bahamut' Arsenal skin for Nova, the Zero Suit, a Metallic Equipment set, an Item set, and an Attachment set.
