Krafton is teaming up with Samsung Electronics to host 'School Battle with Galaxy Z Fold7', a competitive tournament for PUBG Mobile.

This community-driven event invites high school and university students across the nation to represent their respective institutions. The tournament promises an immersive experience powered by the Samsung 'Galaxy Z Fold7', which was unveiled on the 9th.

The online qualifiers are scheduled to run for three weeks, from the 10th to the 31st of this month, via the 'Galaxy Campus'. A total of 16 schools will secure their spots for the finals, which are set to take place offline on the 9th of next month at the flagship store, 'Samsung Gangnam'.

There is no cap on the number of participants per school. Students can form teams or compete individually in Ranking or Classic modes. The 16 schools that qualify for the offline finals will be determined based on their performance in four categories: 'Most Chicken Dinners', 'Highest Participation', 'Most Kills', and 'Longest Survival'.

The MVP of the qualifiers will walk away with 'Galaxy Buds3', and 100 lucky players who complete over 100 matches will be selected to receive food delivery vouchers. All participants in the qualifiers will be rewarded with in-game currency, 'Chicken Medals'. As for the finals, every participant representing the winning school will receive chicken vouchers, while the finals MVP will be awarded a Galaxy Z Fold7. Furthermore, scholarship prizes will be distributed to the semi-finalists based on their final standings.

During the finals at Samsung Gangnam, attendees can visit the 'Galaxy Z Fold7 Game Play Zone'. The event will also feature demonstrations showcasing how Gemini AI and the features of the Galaxy Z Fold7 can be integrated into PUBG Mobile. Additional activities include the Galaxy Store 'Supply Station' event and an 'AI Stamp Tour' that requires players to complete AI-based missions.
