Neptune announced on the 22nd that it has signed a publishing agreement with the Chinese game developer 'Yungui Technology'.

Neptune has been actively expanding its publishing business since last year to diversify its mobile game portfolio and secure new revenue streams. To date, the company has released titles such as the 3D idle space-battleship RPG 'Darkstar' and the subculture collectible RPG 'Anchor Panic'.

Yungui Technology, which signed the publishing deal with Neptune, has a proven track record of success, having developed the subculture RPG 'Red: Pride of Eden', which recorded over 1.4 million cumulative downloads in Japan, the home of the subculture genre.

The new title to be serviced by Neptune is the fantasy collectible RPG 'Erpis', which features a narrative about forming an expedition team in the mysterious land of the 'Abyss' to fight against a great demon lord. The game highlights high-quality, original characters, tactical positioning, accessible gameplay, and flashy combat visuals. Erpis is scheduled to launch first in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau, followed by a sequential release in the domestic market.

Kwon Seung-hyun, Head of Neptune's Game Business Division, stated, "As Erpis has already received a positive response overseas, we have determined that its growth potential in the domestic market is clear," adding, "We will provide an immersive gameplay experience for users by combining the game's quality with Neptune's stable publishing operation capabilities."
