Pearl Abyss rolled out the new 'Land of the Morning Light: Seoul' region and the new class 'Seonin' for Black Desert Mobile on the 22nd.

Following the 'Donghae' province, which served as the initial stage for the Land of the Morning Light, the journey now shifts to the Hwanghae province. This new region houses the capital, 'Seoul', allowing adventurers to roam through landmarks like Gwanghwamun and Gyeongbokgung Palace, offering an experience akin to a virtual tour of the actual city.

The 'Tales' system, a staple of the original Land of the Morning Light, makes its return here. You can dive into adventures reimagined from familiar folklore, such as meeting unexpected entities in the Tale of Chunhyang, or uncovering the myths of the immortal 'Bulgasal', Sanshin, Seodong, and Janghwa Hongryeon. Four tales, including the Tale of Chunhyang and the Tale of Sanshin, are available now, with more to follow in subsequent updates.

The new class 'Seonin' has also arrived. As the awakened form of the 'Dosa', the Seonin taps into the principles of Yin and Yang and the Five Elements. The Seonin utilizes these natural forces to unleash devastating attacks on foes or bolster the spirits of allies.

The 2025 Summer Season kicks off alongside the update. Players can create a seasonal character to complete missions and receive growth support. The headline reward this season is the 'Seekrua's Crystal', which can be equipped on accessories. Unlike the previous seasonal reward, Perle's Star, this item can be upgraded; once reinforced to the Void grade, it grants a 5% boost to field item drop rates.
