Krafton is set to acquire 100% of Eleventh Hour Games, the studio behind the action RPG 'Last Epoch'.

Eleventh Hour Games is a North American studio established in 2018 by developers who shared a passion for the action RPG genre. Since its official launch in 2024, 'Last Epoch' has recorded over 3 million copies sold globally. Krafton has secured a 100% stake in the studio. The acquisition price is approximately 95.97 million USD (roughly 132.4 billion KRW).

Krafton stated that this acquisition is aimed at securing a competitive franchise IP and further strengthening its presence in the global market. Eleventh Hour Games will now focus on laying the groundwork for the long-term growth of the franchise, including expanding to console platforms and enhancing seasonal content operations. Krafton plans to provide comprehensive support across infrastructure, global publishing, and live services, while the existing leadership team will remain in place after the acquisition.

Judd Cobler, CEO of Eleventh Hour Games, said, "We are very excited to join Krafton," adding, "With the support of Krafton, which possesses a deep understanding of the genre and a long-term growth strategy, we expect the 'Last Epoch' franchise to reach new heights."
