'The Apothecary Diaries' is coming back as a cultivation simulation. CTW has officially kicked off pre-registrations for 'The Apothecary Diaries: Imperial Court Mystery' via the G123 platform.

'The Apothecary Diaries: Imperial Court Mystery' is based on the world and story of the original series, tasking players with stepping into the shoes of the protagonist, Maomao, to solve various mysteries unfolding in the imperial court and the pleasure district. As players complete missions, they can promote Maomao's rank and forge bonds with iconic characters from the original series, such as the eunuch Jinshi and Gyokuyou, the Emperor's favorite consort. Additionally, there is a cooperative element where players can gather and grow medicinal herbs to craft remedies alongside others.

The original series, 'The Apothecary Diaries', is a mystery set in the inner palace of a grand empire. The narrative follows the curious apothecary Maomao, who gains popularity by uncovering the truth behind conspiracies surrounding the untimely deaths of the Emperor’s offspring.

Pre-registration for 'The Apothecary Diaries: Imperial Court Mystery' is currently live. You can sign up via the official website, and depending on the number of registrations, rewards such as lottery tickets, tea leaves, and the character 'Xiaolan' will be provided to all users at launch.
