This week, the developers have doubled down on this, rolling out new Hero equipment alongside a fresh batch of events. Meanwhile, the community is busy grinding missions, while some are asking questions about class changes and content mechanics.

Raven 2 updated its crafting recipes on August 13. The headline is the top-tier Hero-grade 'Immortal Guardian Talisman - Frozen Earth Guardian Talisman - Ruin Guardian Talisman'. To craft these, you will need two Hero Accessory Patterns, Abyss Bloodstones, and Radiant Hero Power Essences. Abyss Bloodstones drop in the Abyss, and as luck would have it, the Abyss area buff is active until 4:59 AM on August 20. During this window, monster kills in floors 2 and 3 grant 1.5 times the Abyss Souls, including the daily acquisition limit.

With this update, the class change season has officially ended. If you are left with unused Class Change Tokens, they have become effectively worthless—or so you might think. Use them as materials in the second set of crafting recipes. You have the chance to craft Blessed Teleport Scrolls, Red/Blue/Green Light Scrolls, and Blessed HP Potions. Note that, excluding the Blessed Teleport Scroll, items are limited to 30 crafts. These event recipes expire at 4:59 AM on August 20.

Q. I am a Night Ranger, but I pulled a Legendary Saint class focused on Magic Attack.

A Night Ranger user, 'MotherTeresa', managed to pull a Legendary Saint class meant for a different contract summon. While a pull like that is usually cause for celebration, the reality is quite sour, as the Saint class boosts Magic Attack. Since the Night Ranger relies on Ranged Attack, the gear and class are completely mismatched. The user is now weighing whether to switch classes or just stick with it, while also asking for recommendations for a Mage class if they do decide to jump ship.

Fellow users 'PasongsongGerantak' and 'ReMista' suggested starting a new character rather than switching jobs. Given that the user's 3-stat combat power is around 1,000, they reasoned that leveling a new character would catch up quickly. Keep in mind that in Raven 2, all characters on a server share Saints and equipment. One exception: the Elite Special Forces Ring obtained from main quest progression is character-bound.

PasongsongGerantak further clarified the issue with switching jobs. The main point is that the Night Ranger is a ranged class. If the user pivots to a Mage, they suffer a significant penalty in Magic Attack efficiency. Ultimately, even with a Hero-grade weapon, the damage output would barely scrape by at the level of Rare equipment.

Q. I don't want to pick up white items anymore.

This time, they asked how to stop picking up Normal-grade items. You can set this under 'Options - Combat/Controls - Loot Acquisition - Auto-Loot Grade'. Time to check the attendance reward schedule!

Raven 2 has dropped a bundle of events, all ending on August 27 at 4:59 AM. Let's look at the attendance events first. The first is the Update Commemoration Special Attendance 1. The reward is the Update Commemoration Special Gift Box 1, which contains 5 Special Relic Boxes, an 11x Supreme Saint Summon, a Blessed Stella Summon, and 15 Keys of Unity. You only need to log in once during the period to claim it.

The second event is the Key of Unity Attendance. Over 14 days, it provides 5 Keys of Unity, which are materials for event crafting. To get all the rewards, you must log in daily starting from the update date of August 13. Collected keys can be used to craft 'Gold, Silver, and Bronze Unity Gift Boxes' under 'Crafting - Event - Unity'. Check the craft limits for each box carefully.

Moving on to mission events. Besides the Key of Unity attendance, they have prepared additional unity events. It seems 'Unity' is the theme for this week. The first event is the Unity Training Course, where the goal is to complete 8 missions for a final reward. The reward is a Unity Treasure Box, containing items like Stone Chests, 11x Saint/Familiar Summons, and Rare Heavenstone Polish. Clearing everything nets you a total of 10.

The Unity Growth Mission II is a follow-up to a recently concluded event. Engage with guild-related content to complete five tasks. The final reward is a Unity Pattern Fragment. Combined with the one given in the previous event, you can finally craft a Hero-grade production pattern.

Don't miss the Elite Special Forces Growth Mission either. Completing a total of 50 Special Forces missions grants one Elite Special Forces Armor Token. This is a great chance for light players to secure Hero-grade gear or forging materials. Also, do not forget the Elite Special Forces Accessory Token reward provided by the existing Special Growth Support event!
