Wemade has officially kicked off global pre-registration for its upcoming MMORPG, Legend of YMIR, as of the 19th.

Legend of YMIR is an MMORPG set in the Norse mythological cycle of Ragnarok, the cataclysmic end that repeats every 9,000 years. The game introduces a tokenomics system allowing players to earn gWEMIX, a token pegged 1:1 with the WEMIX coin. Notably, the winning clan of the core server-versus-server battles will be rewarded with a portion of the total gWEMIX generated across all inter-servers, effectively acting as a tax.

You can sign up for the pre-registration via the official Legend of YMIR website or the blockchain gaming platform WEMIX PLAY. Completing a few simple missions after registration will net you three gWEMIX tokens as a gift.

Those who register through the official site will receive various starter items like the 'Rare Companion: Bardagi' and 'Valkyrie Essence Card Pack', while WEMIX PLAY participants get the 'Rare Companion: Gullinkorf' and 'Disir Essence Card Pack'. Furthermore, the developer has set tiered milestones; if cumulative pre-registrations hit target goals before the official launch, players will be handed extra loot such as 'Boss Feathers' and 'Shining Enhancement Stone Selection Boxes'.

Alongside the pre-registration, Wemade is launching the 'Valhalla Trials' program on WEMIX PLAY. By completing missions such as site registration and pre-staking to earn points, top-ranking participants will receive YMIR tokens via an airdrop before the game goes live.

WEMIX staking events will also run in seasons. Participants can snag NFT items necessary for obtaining gWEMIX, and there is a chance to win a 'Crow' companion. For the top five stakers in each season, Wemade is offering a WEMIX Disir Package NFT, which can be traded on the marketplace.
