XLGAMES has officially unveiled its new project, 'THE CUBE, SAVE US,' currently in development at Studio Cube, alongside a gameplay trailer. The title is confirmed to participate in the upcoming 'Steam Next Fest,' scheduled from October 14th to 21st (KST).

'THE CUBE, SAVE US' is an extraction action game set in a post-apocalyptic world. Featuring 3D graphics powered by Unreal Engine 5, the game supports up to 63 players per session, engaging in player-versus-player-versus-environment (PvPvE) combat.

The game's narrative centers on a massive 'Cube' left behind by an alien civilization on an Earth devastated by nuclear war. Players must venture inside the structure to scavenge for supplies, battle mutated monsters and other players, and successfully extract.

XLGAMES will showcase 'THE CUBE, SAVE US' to players during the Steam Next Fest starting Tuesday, October 14th. Throughout the event, any user with a Steam account can access the demo to experience the game firsthand.

Studio Cube PD Park Young-sung stated, "'THE CUBE, SAVE US' is a game about surviving and escaping from a cube composed of 27 distinct segments, each with different environments. We designed it to keep players excited about what world awaits beyond each door. Since there are no fixed classes, players can simply acquire one of the seven weapon types that fits their combat style." He added, "We expect the strategically used special skills (such as invisibility and blink) within the fast-paced combat to offer a unique and enjoyable experience."
