With the arrival of the new Awakening growth content, the average combat power of top-tier players has skyrocketed, resulting in three players successfully conquering the 50th-floor boss, Gerard. The trio who conquered the 50th floor: 'Paeakjil', 'Hoit-hyung', and 'Black Daejang'

In this fourth season of the Tower of Challenge, we saw three players finally take down the final 50th-floor boss, Gerard. The protagonists are Paeakjil from Yunseul 2, Hoit-hyung from Isodnyeong 2, and Black Daejang from Irae 3. Thanks to the significant combat power boost from the recent Awakening update, these players managed the feat with relative ease.

A solid number of players also cleared the 45th floor and above. Notable names like KingSmaN (Aramunhaesla 2), Nunbadong Insect Shell (Yunseul 2), Lee Representative (Aramunhaesla 1), Michinja (Yunseul 1), and Daesama (Irae 2) cleared the 49th floor, while Prada (Isodnyeong 2), Aramsup Insect Shell (Yunseul 2), Bbangsama (Irae 1), Black Gidu (Irae 3), and Kkomahyeong (Aramunhaesla 3) reached the 48th. We fully expect these contenders to hit the 50th-floor milestone next season.

As for class distribution among the top 100 players in the Trial Tower last season, Warriors led the charge at 27%, followed by Storm Callers at 24%, Priests at 17%, Twin Sword Users at 13%, Archers at 12%, and Fighters at 7%. It’s worth noting the drop in Storm Caller numbers, while the ranks of Warriors, Twin Sword Users, and Archers have swelled.

Let’s shift our focus to the class-specific records. The Warrior and Archer Hall of Fame, which had seen little movement, now features Nunbadong Insect Shell and KingSmaN respectively. Both players posted impressive times clearing the 49th floor. Meanwhile, the vacant Dang-ri title in the Hall of Fame has been claimed by Black Pearl from Irae 3. It will be interesting to see if that top spot holds next week.

A 49th-floor conqueror emerges on the global server

The global server saw 95 players successfully clear the Trial stage last season—a massive leap from the mere three players in the first season. The global rank #1 player, 'Tianya', left everyone in the dust with a staggering 1-minute 23.73-second clear on the 49th floor. Given the current trajectory of combat power growth, a 50th-floor clear seems inevitable next season.

The global class distribution tells a different story compared to the Korean server: Storm Callers dominate at 63%, followed by Priests at 13%, Twin Sword Users at 11%, Fighters at 6%, Warriors at 4%, Archers at 2%, and Dang-ri at 1%.

Checking the global server's top performers: among the sea of Storm Callers, the top-ranked 'Sua' claimed the lead with a 38.85-second clear on the 29th floor. Other Hall of Fame entries include Tianya (Twin Sword User, 49th floor, 1:23.73), Gushude-mok-ma-wang (Priest, 44th floor, 24.47s), Yeowowang (Warrior, 29th floor, 1:26.29), Bakjwi-hyung (Fighter, 18th floor, 21.76s), Byeolnimi (Archer, 18th floor, 1:03.18), and Neinei (Dang-ri, 1st floor, 53.07s).
