Kim Kang-soo, a producer well-known for his work on Dragon Village, has joined NEXUS.

NEXUS announced on the 4th that it has acquired the blockchain game developer Z5. With this acquisition, NEXUS has brought on Z5 founder Kim Kang-soo as a key talent to accelerate the expansion of its global blockchain ecosystem.

Kim Kang-soo is a developer who graduated from Seoul National University's College of Engineering. He previously served as a producer and CSO for the long-running mobile game 'Dragon Village' at Highbrow. In 2020, he founded Z5 and has continued to focus on development centered on blockchain technology and gaming. His notable works include the mobile MMORPG 'Pixel Heroes Adventure', and he is currently developing 'Project XYworld' based on the social platform X.

Kim joins NEXUS as the head of the Producing TF, where he will oversee the design and execution of tokenomics for onboarding games. Additionally, he will accelerate the strengthening of the CROSS ecosystem's game lineup and the establishment of blockchain-based game economic models. The 'Immersive Tokenomics' for 'Rohan2 Global', which begins pre-registration on the 5th, was also personally planned by Kim.

NEXUS CEO Jang Hyun-guk stated, "We will continue to recruit development talent who are truly committed to blockchain," adding, "The Z5 team will take on the heavy responsibility of innovating tokenomics across various game genres."
