The 'Suspicious Golden Box' lands on the archipelago

Following the latest developer notes, the 'Suspicious Golden Box' is now live in the Black Night Archipelago. The event runs every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 21:30, starting from the maintenance on the 3rd until the update on the 24th. When the clock strikes, the box manifests on the 'Sixth Island Sari' of the 1st Archipelago.

Taking down the box yields rewards: one 'Black Night 1st Archipelago Shining Treasure Chest' for participants, special rewards for the top 1-30 contributors, and a bounty of 30 chests for the player—and 70 for the alliance—who lands the final blow. Crack these open to nab items like Luminous Blood Crystals, Commander's Insignia, or Abyss-grade armor. Just a heads-up: the Black Night Archipelago is an open PvP zone, so expect some interference from other players.

Weekly 2x Burning Event in full swing!

Your path to progression is getting a boost. From the maintenance on the 3rd through 06:00 on the 24th, players will enjoy 2x buffs on item drop rates, field boss participation rewards, EXP, and silver gains across all regions. Need a name change for your alliance? Use the 'Safe Server Transfer Ticket'

Regretting your current alliance name? The fix is simple. The alliance leader just needs to pick up a 'Safe Server Transfer Ticket' for 400 Gems from [Alliance > Alliance Leader Shop > Alliance Gems] and use it to convert the alliance into a 'Crystal of Bond' item.

Once converted, use the 'Crystal of Bond' from your inventory to forge a new alliance with a fresh name. Your legacy data stays intact, so there’s no need to panic. Just remember: the alliance warehouse must be empty and the alliance must have no members other than the leader before you can make the switch.

Prioritize combat power over raw level for your hunting grounds

Where to grind is a common question. Players in the high 90s often ask for the best spots, but your combat power matters far more than your level. For those in the 90-99 level range with 50,000 to 60,000 combat power, the fifth or sixth islands of the 1st Archipelago are your best bet.

Keep in mind, the Black Night Archipelago is a shared field where you’re fair game for others. If the PvP pressure becomes too much, retreat to the 'Time Dungeons'. You get a base 1 hour in the Serpent Scale Ravine (with 8 hours of recharge), and 8 hours each for the Temple of the Sun and the Mihaje Ravine (with 8 hours of recharge).

Use the loot from those dungeons to bolster your stats, then aim for the 2nd Archipelago. To farm 97-level monsters there comfortably, you’ll need at least 60,000 combat power. Leveling is important, but focus on scaling your hunting grounds in line with your rising combat power.

The 'Alchemist's Tree' update on the 3rd brings a new way to grow. It’s a recycling system where you feed unused gear into the tree to earn new items—perfect for those pieces you’ve already registered in your collection.

You can register equipment of Rare grade or higher, with 'Alchemy Points' determined by the grade, type, and enhancement level of the gear. Higher alchemy levels unlock better loot odds. It’ll be interesting to see how this shakes up the combat power rankings.
