The Hidden Masters Arrive: Miho & Klahan

SKRB has officially introduced the first wave of Hidden Masters. Miho and Klahan have arrived in tandem, supported by the new scenario event titled 'The Forsaken Flower Covets the Sky'.

First up, we have Miho, the event’s banner hero and a formidable magic dealer. With two skills targeting three enemies, Miho brings a versatile utility kit to the table, including lifesteal, weakness attacks, magic vulnerability, turn-based buff reduction, and debuff cleansing. Given that turn-based buff reduction, many are betting on Miho to be a staple in the Podina Castle siege battles.

Klahan, on the other hand, is an offensive-type hero built for raw physical carnage. Both of Klahan’s skills hit all enemies, with distinct conditions for health thresholds above or below 50%—making them a dream for chaining attacks. If you’re looking to clear mobs efficiently, Klahan is currently your best bet.

The official SKRB lounge is currently a hotbed of theory-crafting regarding Klahan’s farming potential. Players are running various Nightmare stages to test the limits, though it seems the jury is still out. As the hero is brand new, they will likely need more investment and a refined build to truly shine.

Q. What should I buy from the scenario event shop?

With a new scenario event comes the inevitable influx of questions. The lounge is currently flooded with queries about farming event stages and spending currency. While farming strategies vary by player situation, the shop advice is simple: buy everything except for the gold, which has an infinite supply.

If you’re aiming to clear the shop using the 'SYNEX Kit Battery' earned from 'Challenge Stage A-06', expect to repeat the stage about 480 times—excluding the cost of the aforementioned gold. Keep this in mind if you’re planning your farming route.

Arena Time: Another Round!

This update has given Arena rewards a much-needed boost. The core change is the increased supply of 'Winner’s Medals'. Both win and loss rewards have been significantly buffed, and weekly rank-based rewards have also been adjusted upwards. Plus, the Arena shop now features a '4-Star Legendary Accessory Box'.

To celebrate the better loot, SKRB has launched an event. From after the maintenance on September 18th until the maintenance on October 2nd, players get various rewards for participating in the Arena. Hitting 40 and 120 matches earns you 10 Hero Summon Tickets each, and the final milestone of 160 matches grants a 'Shining Skill Enhancement Stone'. Get in there and climb the ranks.

New Social Guild 'Mellossom'

A new guild, 'Mellossom', has sprouted in the world of SKRB. The name is a fusion of 'Mellow' and 'Blossom', symbolizing a place where softness and friendship can bloom. Their motto is to cultivate a warm environment where members can comfortably chat and grow together.

Mellossom is looking for adventurers who want to build lasting connections. They aren't picky about experience or stats, welcoming both beginners and returning players alike. However, joining the open chat is mandatory, and they expect active communication. Be warned: going inactive for two days without notice or missing guild content three times a week will lead to consequences. For any dedicated player, these are reasonable terms.

Miho: The Girl Who Became the Imperial Consort

The 'The Forsaken Flower Covets the Sky' event has finally pulled back the curtain on the Hidden Masters’ lore. We’re currently seeing the intriguing stories of Amelia, Klahan, and Miho unfold as they cross over from another world into the Gaia continent. The first week’s story sets the stage just before Miho meets Kagura—it’s essentially the calm before the storm.

Since the full story hasn't been revealed, we can glean some details from the hero encyclopedia. A familiar name pops up in 6-star Miho’s description: 'Baek Gak'. It seems the latter played a major role in Miho’s rise to become an Imperial Consort. Given Baek Gak’s significance in the broader Seven Knights saga, it will be fascinating to see what role the character plays in SKRB. What started as a light scenario event is clearly shaping up to be a much heavier narrative.
