On the 23rd, Nexon announced that its subsidiary, Embark Studios, has opened pre-orders for its upcoming PvPvE survival title, 'ARC Raiders,' and announced an open test prior to the official launch.

The newly released trailer follows 'Raiders' as they explore the surface and complete missions for the NPC Apollo. Viewers can see various situations that can be experienced in ARC Raiders, such as teaming up with other Raiders encountered by chance, encountering the quadrupedal medium-sized ARC 'Bison,' and engaging in combat with other groups. The trailer also showcases new weapons and the appearance of the ARCs.

At the end of the video, pre-order information and the 'Server Slam' schedule were announced. Pre-orders are available on Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation, and Xbox, with a choice between Standard and Deluxe editions. Both editions include the 'Lucky Duck' bundle, which features a backpack and a rubber duck backpack charm. The Deluxe Edition includes various cosmetic items such as legendary outfits, backpacks, charms, a skin for the pet rooster 'Kkoko,' and the pre-order exclusive 'Astro' bundle set.

An open test will also be held to check server stability before the launch. It will take place for three days from October 17th to 19th across all platforms, and anyone can participate without restrictions. Participants will receive a limited-edition backpack cosmetic at launch.

To commemorate the pre-orders for ARC Raiders, Nexon is running a promotion for Korean users. If you purchase an ARC Raiders Steam key through the official Nexon website, you will receive 10,000 Nexon Cash for the Standard Edition and 20,000 Nexon Cash for the Deluxe Edition.

New members of the Nexon Hyundai Card and Nexon Hyundai Card Unlimited programs will receive 50,000 points when purchasing a Steam key with the card, and an additional 100,000 points will be provided if a cumulative payment of 200,000 KRW or more is made by November 14th.

ARC Raiders is a PvPvE survival action game set in the 'Rust Belt,' a post-apocalyptic surface ruled by giant mechanical lifeforms called 'ARC.' Players become Raiders to secure resources and seek survival through cooperation and competition. The game will be released on October 30th for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S, and will also be available via cloud streaming through NVIDIA GeForce NOW.
