The Gamein Foundation is teaming up with Wemade Max to roll out a support initiative aimed at the bright minds at Gyeonggi Game Meister High School.

The scheme, cooked up by the Gamein Foundation, will be hosted on Wemade’s own social contribution platform, Wepublic, with Wemade Max footing the bill to raise the necessary funds.

As the country’s first vocational school dedicated to game development, Gyeonggi Game Meister High School is churning out the next generation of industry talent. This programme is designed to ensure that students, including those from low-income backgrounds, receive the tangible support they need to pursue their studies and career paths.

The Gamein Foundation noted, "It’s a core mission of ours to provide a stable environment for teenagers who love games to follow their dreams." They added, "By ensuring equal opportunities for all, including those from disadvantaged backgrounds, we hope this project sets a gold standard for nurturing future talent."

A spokesperson for Wemade Max chimed in, saying, "The evolution of the gaming industry kicks off with talent development. Through Wepublic, we’ll be keeping things transparent regarding our support, and we genuinely hope this provides some real-world help to the students."
