Smilegate is kicking off the advance ticket sales for its massive indie game festival, 'Beaver Rocks'.

On the 15th, Smilegate Future Lab announced that advance tickets for the indie game and culture festival 'Beaver Rocks 2025' will be available until December 4th. The event itself is set to take place at the Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) from December 5th to the 7th, with tickets up for grabs via Naver Booking and Ticketlink across three distinct early-bird phases.

If you act fast, the 'Super Early Bird' period runs until the 19th, offering tickets at a bargain of 5,000 won—a significant cut from the 15,000 won standard price. Following that, the '1st Early Bird' phase from October 20th to November 2nd will set you back 7,000 won, and the '2nd Early Bird' period from November 3rd to December 4th will be priced at 10,000 won. Once the event kicks off, only full-price tickets will be sold on-site.

Beaver Rocks is pulling out all the stops with both online and offline exhibition halls, showcasing around 80 carefully curated indie titles. This year, they are leaning into some rather heavy-hitting partnerships. Notably, the 'Beaver Jam with Naver Webtoon' collaboration—a joint effort between Future Lab and Naver Webtoon—will see prototype games based on popular webtoon IPs unveiled on the show floor. It is a great chance for visitors to see how familiar narratives translate into interactive play.

Furthermore, the experimental game festival 'Out of Index', which earned plenty of praise last year for its 'Games outside of games' exhibition, is moving its entire festival into the Beaver Rocks venue this time around. Expect to see some truly genre-defying and imaginative titles breaking the mold.

Beyond the booth displays, there is a packed schedule of stage events. From indie devs to well-known content creators and voice actors, a variety of guests will be taking to the stage to share development secrets and connect with fans directly.
