The Odd Jobs crew has officially arrived in the riichi mahjong game 'Mahjong Soul'.

Yostar announced on the 22nd that it has kicked off a collaboration event between 'Mahjong Soul' and 'Gintama'. The TV anime 'Gintama' is based on the popular manga by Hideaki Sorachi. Since its first broadcast in 2006, it has established itself as a long-running series spanning 13 years, marked by various hiatuses and returns.

Running until the 12th, this collaboration introduces four characters as playable riichi mahjong players: Gintoki Sakata, Kotaro Katsura, Shinsuke Takasugi, and Tatsuma Sakamoto. Additionally, the event features series-exclusive skins under the theme 'Mahjong is a microcosm of life,' allowing players to experience the unique charm of these four characters. Limited-time decorative items, such as riichi and winning animations, are also available.

During the event period, the 'Odd Jobs Ichihime' collaboration event will be open. Players can enjoy exclusive stories and earn generous rewards by completing missions through ranked matches and event games.
