KRAFTON announced on March 11 that the publisher has been selected as one of the '2026 South Korea Job Top Enterprises' hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. This marks the fifth time KRAFTON has received the honor since the first selection in 2019. The South Korea Job Top Enterprise program is an initiative that selects and encourages companies that have proactively contributed to job creation and quality improvement, with selected companies receiving a presidential certification plaque.

KRAFTON was recognized for its efforts to improve both the quantity and quality of jobs by continuously driving job creation and providing a flexible and pleasant working environment. Since last year, KRAFTON has expanded family-friendly policies to support childbirth and childcare, creating a stable working environment with financial and temporal support. In addition, for employees who give birth to a child after January 1, 2025, KRAFTON provides up to 100 million won per child over a lifetime, and extended parental leave up to two years.

In addition, KRAFTON is strengthening non-cash support such as work-from-home for childcare, prenatal check-up leave for spouses, automation of recruitment procedures for parental leave substitutes, and psychological counseling for returning employees, helping staff members take smooth leaves and return to work. Following the declaration of the 'AI First' enterprise transformation in the second half of last year, KRAFTON has allocated a budget of approximately 30 billion won annually starting in 2026 to support members in directly utilizing various artificial intelligence tools and applying them to their work. This is more than ten times the scale of existing artificial intelligence service support.

Han So-young, Head of KRAFTON HR Division, stated that this is the result of recognition for the continuous efforts to improve both the quantity and quality of jobs. Han So-young added, "The work at KRAFTON is created by people, backed by technology, and solidified by fans," and promised to continue building an environment where members can embark on bold challenges without giving up either work or life.

Meanwhile, KRAFTON has been selected as a South Korea Job Top Enterprise a total of five times, following 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2023, and plans to continuously strengthen related systems and organizational culture so that members can boldly challenge themselves and grow based on work-life balance.
