Wemade has officially launched the global version of its MMORPG, 'Legend of YMIR', across 170 countries on the 28th.

'Legend of YMIR' is an MMORPG that depicts a grand epic of warriors fighting to reclaim fate and order in a world plunged into chaos following the fall of the gods. Players can experience features such as server-wide warfare and the 'Partners Server' model—where users directly manage and grow their servers and communities—on both mobile and PC platforms. The global tournament 'YMIR CUP', which determines the world's strongest server, will also be held.

Furthermore, the global version of 'Legend of YMIR' has established a tokenomics system centered on the core currency 'gWEMIX' to provide tangible value to users. gWEMIX can be earned through in-game content and is exchangeable at a 1:1 ratio with WEMIX coins. Notably, to allow players to enjoy both competition and rewards, winning clans in server wars are distributed a portion of the gWEMIX generated as taxes from all servers within the inter-server region.

To commemorate the launch of the global version of 'Legend of YMIR', Wemade is hosting an airdrop event on the blockchain game platform 'WEMIX PLAY'. Game item NFTs will be distributed to all WEMIX PLAY members.

Along with this, the 'Qualification of a Hero' event is also underway. Users can receive a 'Hero Valkyrie Selection Box' and a 'Hero Disir Card' by completing various missions such as 'Discover Saga Clues' and 'Discover View Points'.
