While KartRider: Drift officially ended its service on the 16th, a KartRider OST concert will be held in Seongnam this November. The event is hosted by the Seongnam Cultural Foundation and features FLASIC, a group well-known for their game music performances.

The Seongnam Cultural Foundation will host the 'KartRider OST Concert' at the Seongnam Arts Center Opera House on November 1st at 3 PM. The event consists of two parts and will feature around 20 tracks, including the KartRider opening theme. The performance will be delivered by the 45-member FLASIC Symphony Orchestra & Band, conducted by Jin Sol, the representative and artistic director of FLASIC.

This performance combines game music with orchestral arrangements and media art. Media artist Jeon Hyo-seong, who runs the production studio HYPERVIS and has participated in numerous performance and exhibition videos, media facades, and 3D motion graphics projects, will be involved. The concert aims to bring the racing spirit and emotions of KartRider characters to life through 360-degree media art.

The KartRider OST concert is hosted by the Seongnam Cultural Foundation. We have confirmed with Nexon that they are providing IP support for this concert, but there will be no announcements regarding games such as KartRider Classic.

Meanwhile, KartRider: Drift ended its service on October 16th, and its developer, Nitro Studio, has filed for bankruptcy. Nexon is currently preparing 'KartRider Classic' under a new director, with further details to be released at a later date.
